Located in the coastal town of Shell Beach/Pismo Beach, California (near San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly), this fully-furnished newer two-level gated  Spanish-style beach home is available for  vacation rental  or short-term lease, and offers over 2000-sf,  three-bedrooms, 2.5 baths , and sits just twenty houses from the beach.  Upstairs features a sunny great room with a wood-burning fireplace, large fully-stocked kitchen with newer appliances and breakfast nook, formal dining, attached sundeck with ample seating and gas grill.  Large master suite features California king sleigh bed, vaulted ceiling, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan.  Attached master bath features dual sinks, dual shower-soaking tub, new cherry cabinetry, skylight.  Half-bathroom with pedestal sink also on upper level.
